One Mill Plaza Directions to One Mill Plaza
From the south
Going North on I-93 exit at Tilton, Exit 20
Proceed North on State Rte. 3 & 11 for approximately eight miles. Eventually, Rte's 3& 11 turn right. You will proceed straight ahead on Rte. 11A.

You will arrive in Downtown Laconia at a large four-way, signalized intersection of Rte's 106 & 107. The Landmark Inn will be on your left.

Turn left on Rte. 106 toward Downtown Laconia and immediately bear to the right onto Beacon Street East. As Beacon Street curves, move into the right hand lane and enter parking area on the right.

One Mill Plaza is the middle brick structure between the Belknap Mill and Laconia City Hall.
From the north
Follow State Rte. 106, straight into Laconia. At the second traffic light, turn right past the Train Depot and proceed onto Beacon Street West.

Beacon Street West will loop around and connect to Beacon Street East at the junction with Main Street.

Proceed across Main Street and move into the right hand lane and enter parking area on the right.

One Mill Plaza is the middle brick structure between the Belknap Mill and Laconia City Hall.
